Professional Development Reference Guide

Senior Minister of State for National Development and Transport, Sun Xueling announced the launch of the Professional Development Reference Guide (PDRG) on 21 November 2025 at the SIEA Singapore Real Estate Agents Excellence Awards 2025.

The PDRG is a significant measure under Project ADEPT to support the real estate agency industry’s professional development.

It provides structured guidance on the skills and competencies required for different job roles in the real estate agency sector, including property agents, agency team leaders and Key Executive Officers. The guide also covers areas of specialisation in the Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Foreign property segments, along with the expected proficiency levels.
