本中文复习课程专为准备 RES 第一试卷考试的考生而设，透过系统化讲解新加坡房地产相关法律（包括土地法）及常见法律术语，帮助学员建立清晰的知识框架与应试能力。

全课程以中文授课，内容结合重点解析、案例说明与考题演练，强化学员对考试重点的掌握。

课程现已优化为 2天共13小时的强化课程，并包含 一场长达2.5小时的完整模拟考试，让学员能够在接近真实考试环境下进行实战演练，从而提升应试信心与时间管理能力。

This supplementary revision course is designed to help candidates prepare effectively for the RES Paper 1 examination. It provides a structured understanding of Singapore’s land law and key legal concepts commonly tested, as well as terminology used in real estate contracts.

The course is conducted in Mandarin and combines concept breakdown, case-based explanations, and exam-focused practice.

The programme has is a 2-day intensive workshop, including a 2.5-hour full mock examination to simulate actual exam conditions and strengthen candidates’ readiness and confidence.
