Gross commission attributed to the salesperson for a property transaction (sale and/or lease)*, before agency’s cut. *Co-broking commission & overriding commission not to be included. Verify that your Gross Commission Received (*GCR) is accurately calculated prior to applying. Incorrect tier selection due to inaccurate GCR calculations may result in the rejection of your application.

AWARD CATEGORIES & ELIGIBILITY
Each award category has a limited number of slots. To avoid disqualification, please ensure that you have met all eligibility criteria before applying for a specific award category or tier. Applications that did not meet the criteria will be rejected & you will be subjected to a forfeit of $219 as SIEA’s admin processing fee.
Young Achiever Award
This award recognizes the successful and outstanding performance of high achieving youths, their commitment, drive and passion in the industry.
Eligibility:
- 28 years old or below as of 31 Dec 2025
- Earned at least $120,000 *GCR in ^2025
- Minimum of 5 transactions in the year
Documents required:
1) A profile photograph of yourself (in PNG/JPG format with min size of 1 MB and 200 dpi) that will be used in the award frames/poster. Ensure your photo is front facing and no additional props can be seen in the photo.
2) A short write-up of yourself (at least 400 words) that justifies why you deserves to win this award. Your write-up MUST STRICTLY cover these 3 specific areas: 1) Achievements 2) Professional Ethics & Integrity 3) Contributions to the Industry (e.g. Customer Service, use of Technology).
3) 2x Client’s testimonials (SIEA will verify your testimonials with your Estate Agency)
Rookie Award
This award recognizes new entrance who have demonstrated exemplary performance in sales and rental transactions, driven and passionate despite the short stint in the real estate industry.
Eligibility:
- Joined the industry since 1 Jan 2024
- Earned at least $80,000 *GCR within 24 months (1 Jan 2024 – 31 Dec 2025)
- Minimum of 5 transactions
- Must be supported by a Letter of Recommendation signed by the KEO
Documents required:
1) A profile photograph of yourself (in PNG/JPG format with min size of 1 MB and 200 dpi) that will be used in the award frames/poster. Ensure your photo is front facing and no additional props can be seen in the photo.
2) A short write-up of yourself (at least 400 words) that justifies why you deserves to win this award. Your write-up MUST STRICTLY cover these 3 specific areas: 1) Achievements 2) Professional Ethics & Integrity 3) Contributions to the Industry (e.g. Customer Service, use of Technology).
3) Submit a letter of recommendation signed by your KEO to support your application. (The letter has to include your name, date, CEA no, your KEO’s name and Agency Name) See sample KEO Letter.
4) 2x Client’s testimonials (SIEA will verify your testimonials with your Estate Agency). Testimonials should include some way of identification (e.g. Your photo, name, CEA no, EA name, client’s name and display photo).
Senior Achiever Award
This award recognizes seniors who have remained active in the industry and demonstrated outstanding performance in sales and rental transaction. They have proven that age is just a number.
Eligibility:
- 60 years old and above as of 31 Dec 2025
- Earned at least $100,000 *GCR in ^2025
- Minimum of 5 transactions in the year
Documents required:
1) A profile photograph of yourself (in PNG/JPG format with min size of 1 MB and 200 dpi) that will be used in the award frames/poster. Ensure your photo is front facing and no additional props can be seen in the photo.
2) A short write-up of yourself (at least 400 words) that justifies why you deserves to win this award. Your write-up MUST STRICTLY cover these 3 specific areas: 1) Achievements 2) Professional Ethics & Integrity 3) Contributions to the Industry (e.g. Customer Service, use of Technology).

Salespersons Achievement Award
This award recognizes the effort of individual salespersons for their stellar performance in achieving not just high standards in terms of sales and rental transactions.
Eligibility:
- Minimum of 5 transactions in ^2025
- Select the appropriate tier based on your *GCR: –

Diamond | $1,000,000 and above |
Emerald | $500,000 to $999,999 |
Platinum | $250,000 to $499,999 |
Gold | $120,000 to $249,999 |
Additional Requirements for *Diamond & *Emerald Tiers:
- Mandatory panel interview in Mar / Apr 2025 (conducted online)
- If you do not pass the interview, the award will not be conferred, and a refund will be processed (less a $219 admin fee)

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Applicants with disciplinary records (except for Letters of Advice/Warning) or under investigation by CEA for serious complaints are not eligible.
- All application fees are subject to a $219 administrative fee. If an application is unsuccessful, the balance will be refunded after this deduction.
- Please ensure you have applied to the correct award category/tier based on your GCR (check definition). Your application will be deemed unsuccessful if eligibility criteria are not met.
- As the interview is a key part of the assessment process for Platinum and Diamond Tier of Salespersons Achievement Awards, only successful applicants will have the award conferred. If the application is not successful following the interview, a refund will be processed, with a $219 admin fee deducted.
- In the event that an award is revoked due to findings arising from CEA’s disciplinary checks (refer to Point 1), regardless of whether the revocation occurs after the announcement of award winners or the presentation of the award plaque, all application fees paid shall be forfeited and are strictly non-refundable.
- Award recipients give their consent to SIEA to use their names and photos for all advertising and publicity purposes.
- Award applicants give consent to SIEA to verify their GCR with the declared estate agencies.
- The decisions of the awards evaluation panel are final and not subjected to appeal.
- CEA’s public register will reflect awardees for year 2025 and 2026 (current and previous year).
- Incomplete applications submitted after the prescribed deadline may incur an additional administrative fee of $100, at the sole discretion of SIEA.
- By applying to the award(s), you are agreeable to take up complimentary SIEA membership for 1 year and is agreeable to the membership terms & conditions, if you are not a member at the point of registration.
- SIEA reserves the rights to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
