The Singapore Institute of Estate Agents (SIEA) and EdgeProp Singapore are pleased to announce the official launch of a dedicated Multi-Listing System (MLS), exclusively for SIEA real estate agent members. Developed following an agreement signed in December 2024, the MLS is now fully operational and has gone live on 18 June 2025.
Designed as a cost-effective platform to facilitate seamless co-broking among SIEA’s 15,000-strong agent membership, the MLS allows members to post, manage, and collaborate on property listings within a secure, centralised environment.
The MLS is owned by SIEA. EdgeProp, the technology partner behind the initiative, will continue to develop and maintain the MLS platform. Together, SIEA and EdgeProp will enhance and ensure its reliability and relevance in a rapidly evolving real estate landscape.

• Cost-Effective Co-Broking Platform: An affordable solution for SIEA members (15,000 agents) to collaborate on sales and rental transactions.
• Centralized Listings Database: A secure, member-exclusive repository of real-time property listings.
• No Duplicate Listings: Ensures listing quality with a one-property-one-listing rule.
• Exclusive Access: The platform is strictly for SIEA members, promoting trust and collaboration within the association.
• Ongoing Support and Innovation: Continuous system maintenance and updates by EdgeProp to meet evolving industry needs.
• SIEA Ownership: Ensures alignment with members’ interests and prioritises data security and accountability.
SIEA members will enjoy complimentary access to the platform from the launch date until the end of 2025. Thereafter, a nominal subscription fee of $128 per annum — designed to remain affordable — will apply starting 1 January 2026.
