Mandatory Course Requirement for 2nd Breach under the Flyers Distribution Breaches Framework

Under the Flyers Distribution Breaches Framework, salespersons who commit a second breach are required to attend a mandatory course conducted by SIEA titled:

“Estate Agents (Estate Agency Work) Regulations and Code of Ethics & Professional Client Care and Code of Practice for Estate Agents” (CEPCC)

Upon your 2nd breach, you will receive a Letter of Caution (LOC) issued by your estate agency. As part of the corrective measures, you are required to complete the CEPCC course conducted by SIEA.

This course is delivered via e-Learning, allowing you to complete it at your own time and pace. However, the course must be completed within one (1) month from the date you receive your course access details from SIEA.

Please note that completion of this course is mandatory before you may resume distributing flyers to HDB homes.

This course will be fully paid by you and does not count towards any CPD Training hours.
