Course Synopsis:
This course equips real estate salespersons with essential knowledge on rental scams in Singapore’s residential tenancy market and also identify and prevent Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risks.
Participants will gain insights from key government agencies, including the Ministry of Home Affairs, Singapore Police Force, and Council for Estate Agencies, on the latest scam tactics and regulatory measures.
The course covers practical prevention strategies such as using the ScamShield app and applying the ACT framework (Add/Check/Tell) to detect and report suspicious activities.
With real estate salespersons playing a crucial role in property transactions, this training ensures they can safeguard clients, maintain compliance, and uphold industry integrity.
