Highly recommend Trainer Kent for the RES course! He is knowledgeable and leverages his NLP background with visual sketches to break down complex concepts into easily digestible illustrations.

While a session ran a bit over time, he did so for our benefit to make sure everyone understood the contents rather than rushing through it.

Both trainers Francis and Kent have extensive knowledge on real estate. Extra notes/links (on top of the lessons) were also provided during and after every class to help us better understand the given lesson slides.
As someone with zero knowledge, i find the information overwhelming, however, Kent was engaging and provided us with many case senarios which helped me better understand the topics.

If there is 10 star, I would have given to trainer Kent Soo.
Really knowledgeable trainer and give a lot of examples and case studies while doing the training, this would help us to appreciate the concepts and easier to remember. The contents are very dry and boring but Kent able to make the course interesting and engage us to participate in the learning.
He is really the best and I almost gave up on this exam tbh. Thank you Kent and keep in touch.

I'm not an SIEA student, but I signed up for Steven and Mark's RES revision class, and I'm so glad I did. At first I wasn't sure the content would match what I'd learnt with another RES provider. From the very first lesson, though, it was clear I'd made the right choice.

Their teaching is clear and well structured, with deep dives into the key questions likely to come up in the exam and the tricky turns that catch people out. I really appreciated how approachable they both are, and how closely the class follows the kinds of questions that have appeared in past exams. They don't just give you the answer: they break it down and explain the reasoning, with reference to the most up-to-date policies and guidelines from the relevant government authorities such as CEA, HDB, URA and IRAS.

The class has given me the confidence to try again. Most importantly, the engaging materials have opened up the world of RES for me, and I'm motivated to read and study more before my next exam. That's what learning should be about.

There's a lot of revision material out there, and plenty of AI slop too, but not all of it is good quality, or based on real experience from genuine, professional trainers. This class is. Thank you, Steven and Mark!

Steve and Mark have been both really passionate and professional for the refresher RES course the past week or so. The lessons were meant to be 3 hours each, but both of them voluntarily spent up to 6 hours per session just so that they could impart more knowledge to the participants.
